Composed of four people, the Front Office Business Analyst Team is part of the IT Support Desktop department and works with Fund Management teams (Equities, Fixed Income Private Equity and Hedge Funds) and Traders.

Reporting to the Head of BSITS TSF, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Assisting internal clients with issues involving desktop hardware, operating system, printer problems, applications and basic networking issues,
• Building/imaging PC’s,
• Installing and configuring various applications ranging from mandatory applications to trade applications,
• Providing support for video and audio conferences meetings, setting up presentations with projectors and laptops,
• Use the call logging system (called USVD) to open/log/close calls,
• Moving Desks.

What sort of profile are we looking for:

• Currently undertaking studies in computing sciences
• Previous related experience is a strong asset
• Basic knowledge in Asset Management
• Literate in Microsoft Office and Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft OS (XP/ 2000)/ Office XP/2003, installation and support.
• Good communication skills to provide telephone/on-site support to local and remote corporate users.
