We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivation self-starter with significant accounting and management experience to help our client to lead their investment control team.

Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivation self-starter with significant accounting and management experience to help our client to lead their investment control team. Reporting to the business unit CFO, you will be responsible for critical financial reporting functions for their Asia Pacific operations, including financial control, planning and forecasting, developing and maintaining necessary Accounting processes and procedures under the professional standard and practices.

 As a leader for a team of 6 financial professionals, you will be accountable for the hire, training and professional development, and motivation and performance management of all direct & indirect subordinates. Suitable candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple functions and tasks in a fast paced and cross-cultural environment.

Requirements are as follows:

• Professionally qualified CPA or equivalent designation and a degree in accounting or business management
• Minimum of 15 years working experience, include audit and financial and management reporting and controllership responsibilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Life insurance industry
• Working knowledge of investment operations and actuarial-related activities and IT possesses and procedures
• Ability to own projects, drive results and take initiative to accomplish designated tasks
• Strong analytical and technical skills and the flexibility to work in a fast change environment.
• High level of integrity and strong managerial skills.
