$2bil + Multi-strategy hedge fund in NYC is seeking a Sr.Chief Risk officer.

 Main responsibilities will include:

advising portfolio managers and investment committee on risk management, portfolio construction along with discussing risk management processes and infrastructure with existing and prospective investors.

Prefer candidates to have MS/MBA.  5+ years experience within the Risk Management function of an Investment Bank or Hedge Fund organization.  

Successful candidate will have experience calculating and analyzing risk and performance measures for equity and credit strategies.

Candidate must display strong verbal and written communication skills.
