Summary:

We are searching for enthusiastic, talented, and motivated professionals to join our global clients; including international and local banks as well as financial institutions.  Suitable candidates will have an established career in the finance and accounting profession with commitment to deliver the regional business plan, strategy planning, forecasting & budgets, financial control and operation management as well as to execute, monitor and assist in their implementation.

Requirements are as follows:

• Minimum of 15 years working experience and must be a qualified CPA or MBA with Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management.
• Able to manage the financial audits and liaison with the external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and provide oversight of the finance & accounting operations within each country as well as the region, working in conjunction with the head office and regional controllers as well as other business counterparts.
• Develop and oversight a regional profitability management and reporting to senior executive for business management and decision.
• Ensure all regulatory obligations are met across the region, such as Stock Exchange, Securities Commission, SOX, Taxation, and Legal & Compliance requirements.
• Possess the professional expertise, technical skills, management experience and commercial acumen so as to add value as a member of senior executive team.
• Possess the leadership skill and guidance to lead and implement proper processes and procedures for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven management skill in terms of staff direction/development and negotiation.
