Identification of process / system limitations and coordination of enhancements to attain maximum levels of autonomy.
To build and maintain relationships with clients and all Capital Market front offices
Escalation of critical issues to senior management in a timely manner
Management of a team of 15 to 20 people in charge of:- Global Islamic Finance Process
- SWIFT Confirmations (TRAM eligible)
- FX Options / Structures (Long form)
- Commodities Confirmations (second step)
Compilation and distribution of various statistics for inclusion in management reporting.
