For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

CONSOLIDATION ACCOUNTANT REAL ESTATE FUNDS

Job Description:

• You will be responsible, internationally, for the following:

-Following up and reviewing the bundles of consolidations received from the agencies
-Periodically producing and controlling consolidated reports

-Calculating the net asset value

• Helping to prepare and follow up specific procedures relating to the consolidation procedure and its organisation

• Arranging regular contact with the client and its service provider in order for the process to proceed efficiently.

Your Profile:

University graduate (Bachelors with four years experience) with at least three years proven experience in consolidation and/or audit consolidation.

Knowledge of languages

Mastery of English and/or French, German or any other language is a plus.

IT knowledge

A good knowledge of the usual IT tools knowledge of finance (Magnitude) is a plus.

Personal qualities

- A sense of organisation and responsibility.

- An analytical mind, rigour and quality are imperative for you.

- An aptitude for working autonomously and in a team.
