My client is a leading quantitative trading Hedge Fund that is looking for talented high-frequency traders and researchers to join their team. Successful candidates will be provided with an excellent basic, high fixed% of PnL and one of the most advanced trading platforms around.

My client has over eight years experience of trading high frequeny quant stategies, and now has over $3bn AUM with offices in New York and London. Recently they have undertaken a total overhaul of their infrastructure to ensure they can offer the best platform around for high frequency trading strategies.

Quite simply they are looking for candidates traders either with a proven track record of producing excellent returns in an automated high frequency trading environment, or quant researchers/analyst that have maybe worked within high-frequency trading team.

• Candidates will most likely have an outstanding advanced degree from a top University in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics etc.
• Traders will be around 3+ years of experience trading high frequency strategies.
• Traders will be able to show returns in excess of 15% annualised and Share Ratios above 4.0

Compensation includes a strong basic salary and a fixed percentage of your own PnL, hence it will vary depending on you performance; however candidates should expect anything from $500,000 to $4,000,000.
