This leading financial institution is offering a rare opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Banking division. As a Relationship Manager you will provide traditional relationship banking and sophisticated financial solutions to large privately owned financial institutions.

This role requires:

• Management of an established portfolio utilising internal customers and external referral sources to attract and retain new business
• Writing, structuring and submitting applications for credit approval
• Coaching and mentoring staff on complex transactions and specialised financing alternatives
• Developing a network of contacts, which will assist in achieving overall business strategy, with a focus on sourcing new business and increasing competitiveness.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years Relationship Management experience in Corporate Banking or come from a financial background. You will be a sales focused professional with tertiary qualifications and thrive in a demanding, rewarding and collaborative environment.

In addition you will possess:

• Experience in the management of a portfolio of Corporate customers with proven business outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to forge strong relationships with business professionals
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services
