Iconic Investment Bank are seeking an operational expert ideally with leadership experience to supervise a middle office team of 4 encompassing cash, equities, corporate actions & margin lending

This team is based in a middle office capacity to support to the Equity Markets derivatives trading business. The Team is responsible for middle office support of a bespoke trading platform and its clients.  This includes daily processing of stock transfers, cash transactions, reconciliations, risk reporting and involvement in new product development from an operations perspective.

Responsibilities include:

• Input on change management stream to ensure all new product and platform developments are delivered
• Complete training and career development of team members. This includes technical and product training. 
• Review and improve current processes to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place to minimise operational risk
• Maintain the highest level of client service

To be considered you must have :

• Extensive (minimum 4 years) financial markets/equities experience
• Some staff management experience
• Project experience
• Experience in risk management systems, both trading and client Cash Equities/Corporate Actions exp will be highly regarded
