Requirements:

Technical Architecture Role Capable of defining Technical Architectures, Strategies and Blueprints

Write and explain Standards and Blueprints

Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering teams to create roadmaps

Work with project teams and help them adopt standards

Lead by example in a hands on manner to drive change

Partner with R&D in a couple of research domains, and become an SME

Skills

Essential:

Ability to think out of the box and understand the impact and direction of the market.

Be able to lead and influence teams

Understand the interrelationships and trade offs between infrastructure and applications

Appreciation of TCO and how to change cost structure using technology, process and operating model innovation

Strong Delivery Track Record

Must Love Technology

Work in investment banking IT

Experience in IT infrastructure as well as application development
