One of the world’s leading Investment Banks urgently requires a Senior Business Analyst to primarily carry out business analysis and project management on Investment Bank initiatives and to build new trading solutions and to enhance existing applications to meet business needs. The candidate should have between 5-8 years experience supporting core Equity Trading floors (Cash Equities, Listed Derivatives)

Key responsibilities for this role include

•Business analysis within Equities support

•Hands on experience working in a Front Office capacity

•Liaising with key business clients in order to provide IT solutions for the business needs

•Transforming key business requests into technical requirements and passing on to the development team as well as taking the project through various stages - initiation, cost benefit analysis, requirement analysis, functional specification, gap analysis, interface analysis, documentation, user acceptance test and delivery.

He or she will be expected to work closely and communicate with senior IT managers to plan and implement projects, so having the ability to define business criteria for product evaluation is key, ensuring products delivered meet the client’s standards in quality and supportability.

First class communication skills, being visible and confident and interacting with colleagues of all levels is a must.

As the role is at Senior level, the candidate must have a proven track record of handling multiple projects independently, and be able to mentor junior analysts as and when required.
