They manages insurance and reinsurance captives directly in 5 countries (Luxemburg, France, Irland , Switzerland, Guernsey) and in other locations through partnerships. The Role Supervision/preparation of Management Accounts Management of accounting staff Management of annual Audits Regulatory reporting Implementation of Sarbannes-Oxley procedures Client Contact General Ledger maintenance Treasury Maintenance Payments processing Company secretarial . The Person Qualified Accountant Experience of (Captive) Insurance/Reinsurance At least 3 years experience in Management Accounts preparation Experience of GL systems Good excel skills necessary Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work as part of a team Good communication skills Good initiative
