My Client needs a highly motivated and experienced person to Head up the Equity Research Sales Group, which includes offices around the US and provides a lot of hands on participation in the future growth.

The company is a full-service Broker Dealer with Headquarters in New York City. It has a very "family oriented" work environment with low turnover. People enjoy working there, they make good money, and they stay.

We are looking for someone who can come in with similar experience, be a player/coach type sales leader, and be hands on in the overall strategy for the group, hiring of additional sales people and equity research analysts, etc.
The Company is trying to take advantage of all the excellent talent out in the market right now and is doing a lot of hiring.
