TITLE: SENIOR FUNDS LAWYER LUXEMBOURG - INHOUSE

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of In-house Funds Lawyer will involve establishing fund distribution agreements with clients, coordinating the fund registration process, negotiating and drafting agreements and contracts, reviewing and following KPIs, liaising with external legal counsel and relevant authorities, maintaining a database of registered funds and coordinating the distribution of prospectuses and accounts.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of 4 years PQE either in-house or in practice
Excellent academic credentials
Fluency in English and French, with German being an advantage
Excellent knowledge of the legislations and regulations governing the funds industry in Luxembourg (CSSF)
