Role :

• Contact & search for candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Selection, interview & presentation of candidates matching our job offers.
• Follow up of assignments, contact with clients and candidates, scheduling of appointments, posting job offers
• Depending on your experience you will be in charge of the complete fulfillment of a job offer portfolio.

  Profile :

• You have at least a bachelor degree and a first commercial experience.
• Perfectly trilingual in Dutch, French and English, knowledge of German being a great asset.
• You have a sound judgment, the tenacity and determination to complete challenging assignments, and the flexibility/adaptability required to be successful in a multi-task, entrepreneurial, team environment.
• Strong willingness to invest yourself in a young & dynamic company, offering challenging opportunities to motivated staff, operating in a truly meritocratic environment where your hard work and results are recognized and rewarded.
• Experience in banking & finance would be considered as an asset.
