Due to increased deal flow a VP is needed for the real estate fund raising team
With a global footprint and an enviable client list this team have raised over $60billion in the last 5 years across range of fund strategies and sectors.

They are now looking to expand their real estate-focussed team who work on high quality fundraisings worldwide for some of the most prestigious real estate and infrastructure funds.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive private placement experience, preferably with Real Estate or Infrastructure private equity funds
  • Full experience of the fund raising process including origination, fund and investor due diligence, documentation and client fundraising events
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Strong client relationships especially with fund managers and institutional investors

Although the role will be based in London, there will be travel to both the US and Europe. As such, additional European language skills would be an advantage.
