The FIG team is a diversified financial institutions practice, providing advisory services to public and private companies, private equity firms and family owned businesses.

The FIG group covers a broad range of industry sectors including commercial finance, specialty finance, security dealers and exchanges, and financial technology.

Team executes a wide array of advisory mandates including M&A, capital raising, restructuring and strategic advisory services.

In addition, the FIG team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing principal transactions within the financial services industry on behalf of the bank's managed funds.

By leveraging our global capabilities, you will apply your investment banking knowledge to assist our clients in meeting their financial and strategic needs. You will also be expected to participate in the execution of advisory transactions and in the pursuit of new business opportunities.

To be successful, you will have:

-Prior relevant work experience in investment banking or private equity within the diversified financial services industry

-Executive presence and strong communication skills, both oral and written

-A high level of confidence and assertiveness to present and promote ideas and advice at all levels of the bank and client organizations A team player who can excel in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment

-The ability to develop, build and maintain business relationships
