Our client is an international investment banking boutique, based in the West End of London but with offices throughout Europe. They provide a full range of investment banking services to their corporate clients (including fundraising, M&A and general advisory services) and to the private equity firms and public market institutions which finance them. Their specialist sectors include technology, IT software and services, leisure and consumer, media, industrials, infrastructure services, speciality finance, support services and outsourcing. Due to a continued strong deal flow, they are now looking to bring on an Associate to work within the corporate finance function. The successful candidate will have one of the following backgrounds.

• An ACA with the equivalent of two years post qualified experience in M&A. from a big four accounting firm.

• A UK focused investment banker, with a minimum of two years of M&A deal execution experience. A good working knowledge of AIM is desirable.
