To gain new high quality direct clients and introducers for the firm and to maintain and develop the business with existing clients and introducers. The role is a mixture of selling, client relationship management and advising, both to direct clients and via 3rd party introducers. Candidates must have experience of, and be entirely comfortable with all of these elements in order to succeed. The initial leads for prospective direct clients and introducers will arise typically from general marketing and seminar activity which the firm has undertaken, as well as some referrals There will be no cold calling from lists. However there will be a significant amount of contacting people whose knowledge of, and interest in the firm will initially be limited.
