Drive new business within the Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) market in Spain. Sound commercial experience and PPI experience will secure you this role within a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities: Search for new opportunities in the market (new clients and alliances, new products, new channels, etc Perform market research on Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and other market opportunities Prospect and acquire new clients/accounts Analyze business opportunities to ensure profitability of the deal: internal coordination with Marketing, Finance and Actuarial functions to put together a ROE to assess the deal Initiate and lead the prospecting process Develop customized business propositions to prospective clients, present and sell these Lead negotiations with the prospects Ensure project management of different functions (legal, actuarial, pricing, etc) to ensure a successful launch of a client Introduce new products in Spain Continuously benchmark competitors Manage existing client relationships according to agreed service standards by providing day-to-day support and resolution of client issues Ensure that Operations receive timeously all the commercial information in order to set up schemes before launches Ensure that all client launches are signed off and documents are filed according to the document retention policy Drive sales growth in Spain creating a PPI franchise with key financial institutions Leverage other Genworth relationships when available Obtain activation, penetration and renewals on new and existing relationships Identify Creditor market trends to develop new product opportunities and meet client needs profitably Education & Experience: University degree in Business Economics, MBA Proven experience in Financial Services, preferably with PPI experience Fluent in Spanish and English Sales experience and ownership of sales targets Experience working in a matrix environment Strong network within the Spanish Financial Institutions High energy with a "can do attitude" Strong planning and analytical skills Team player, excellent interpersonal skills Detail oriented Strong sense of ownership over plans, targets, results orientated Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills Genworth Financial is a leading global insurer serving the lifestyle protection, retirement income, investment and mortgage insurance needs of more than 15 million customers throughout 25 countries.
