My client specializes in acquisitions, divestments, JVs and other forms of strategic alliances. They provide corporate finance services in situations involving restructuring, debt advisory and business valuation. They undertake strategic assessment studies to help clients understand where the best opportunities for strategic investments might lie.

My client is expanding rapidly and for their Hong Kong office They are looking for an Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should be:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus, but not essential).
• have experience in M&A or capital markets from a good firm
• Experience in Asia preferred, though US or Europe also ok.
• experience in transaction services / audit from a Big 4 can be considered
• be personable, dynamic, proactive and intelligent
• flexible on travel within Asia
