Background needed

oMasters Degree in Economics

oMarket Experience of at least 2 years – sell side or buy side

o Some experience on a trading desk is extremely desired

·Primary responsibility

oEconomic coverage of Turkey, Russia, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Egypt, C4 combining macro economic analysis with top down micro awareness

oGenerate market ideas in FX and rates, top down equity view

oRegular and intense contact with senior policy makers including developing a strong informal relationship with them

oRegular travel to stay abreast of shifting macro economic and policy conditions

oAttend all company management meetings to ensure real time economic coverage of macro conditions

oCountry Cheat Sheet maintenance

This position can be based in New York or London
