We are a leading IT Talent Search Firm with 6 out of world's top 20 global banks as our clients. Position is based at Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

    Incumbent shall manage the end-to-end IT Recruitment Process which shall cover the following:
  • To understand the job requirements and documenting the job descriptions;
  • Searching the potential candidates from the databases;
  • Screening and assessing the potential candidates;
  • Preparing a brief executive summary for short-listed candidates;
  • Interacting with the hiring manager on a regular basis to follow up on the submitted profiles;
  • Managing the logistics until the closure.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT/Finance with an apitude for IT Recruitment;
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT and/or in IT Recruitment;
  • Excellent understanding of various Technology is a must;
  • Banking/Insurance/Telecom domain knowledge is an advantage;
  • Client Management experience is an advantage;
  • Excellent command over written/verbal English is a must;
  • Energetic, self-driven and a person with high integrity;
  • Team player and willing to work extra hours to meet the stringent dead-lines.
