Job Responsibilities:
Incumbent shall manage the end-to-end IT Recruitment Process which shall cover the following: - To understand the job requirements and documenting the job descriptions;
- Searching the potential candidates from the databases;
- Screening and assessing the potential candidates;
- Preparing a brief executive summary for short-listed candidates;
- Interacting with the hiring manager on a regular basis to follow up on the submitted profiles;
- Managing the logistics until the closure.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree/Diploma in IT/Finance with an apitude for IT Recruitment;
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT and/or in IT Recruitment;
- Excellent understanding of various Technology is a must;
- Banking/Insurance/Telecom domain knowledge is an advantage;
- Client Management experience is an advantage;
- Excellent command over written/verbal English is a must;
- Energetic, self-driven and a person with high integrity;
- Team player and willing to work extra hours to meet the stringent dead-lines.
