Our client is a leading Asian Inter-bank Brokerage firm with a strong presence in Asia. Due to continuous growth in the region, they seek to bring on board an experienced, charismatic, visionary and inspiring leader who will head the Hong Kong Office.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the business which include assuming Profit & Loss responsibility, maintaining operational effectiveness, client management, and spearhead business development activities. 

Key responsibilities include identifying, penetrating and establishing relationships with key financial institutions, investment banks and central banks. As a senior representative and spokesperson for the HongKong office, you will work closely with the Head Office to develop and execute business strategies and create business opportunities in Hong Kong and the region.

Key Requirements:

To be highly effective in this role, you will bring with you:

-at least 12 years of excellent track record and preferably industry experience with top-tier/international brokerage firms

-Knowledge of various product groups: interest rate swaps (IRS),  foreign exchange, money market products and equity derivatives, with exceptional knowledge & track record in IRS or FX

-Sound understanding of the brokerage business in HongKong and market activities

-Outstanding business development experience and track record in the brokerage industry

-Excellent network/relationships with financial institutions and banks within the region as well as strong relationships with inter-bank traders 

-Solid people management skills with ability to lead teams/desks towards acheiving targets and growing the business

-Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
