Investor Relations is responsible for processing all documentation and monies for investor transactions into our clients' funds as well as producing and distributing all investor reporting. The department verifies each investor to ensure eligibility and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Everyday client interaction.

• Review of subscription agreements

• Follow up with investors on missing documentation

• Carry out partner transfers and name changes

• Maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records

• Maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned

• Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts

• Production and distribution of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence

• Follow up with investors for payment on past due calls

• Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

• Assisting with various projects as assigned

Qualifications required: • 1 – 3 years experience in Financial Services

• Exposure to accounting and performance reporting

• Hedge fund or mutual fund background

• Demonstrated strong client relationship experience

• BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Proactive attitude

• Attention to detail

• Superior written and oral communication skills
