Project Manager, Fixed Income Exotics, CDS, Convertible Bonds, Equity Derivatives

Our client, a leading European Investment Bank currently has a vacancy for an experienced financial Programme Manager to run the Global Programme Management office for the Fixed Income Derivatives and Operations IT team. Reporting directly into the Global head of FDO IT group you will be responsible for planning and developing schedules for projects /programs; monitoring and analysing actual progress of projects/programs against plan to produce reporting and metrics information. You will be required to manage a team of senior Programme Management Analysts, so previous man-management experience is essential. You will need to have sufficient understanding of initiating, planning and monitoring projects/programs to work with minimal direction. Strong relationships with internal IT, business, stakeholders and Project Managers is key to success in this role. Candidates must have at least 7 years Programme Management experience, gained within a financial organisation and a strong understanding of derivatives and be looking for the next move on from a senior Programme Manager role.
