Global Investment bank is looking to add a Senior Analyst to their MBS Model Validation team.

Global Investment bank is looking to add a Senior Analyst to their New York city based Model Validation team. On a daily basis this person will be involved with validating new pricing models, developing alternative valuation approaches and estimating model risk for individual trades and trading porfolios. This person should have a technical and financial background, with extensive experience in MBS.

Qualifications include: Good oral and written communication skills; extremely strong modeling skills; strong C++ skills; be a proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude. Candidates must be excellent analytical problem solvers, have exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness a must. The ideal candidate will have a MS/PhD in a Quantitative field along with five plus years of prior financial experience with a focus on MBS.
